Getting Started

First of all let me apologize.  I really did not think it would be so freaking hard to start all of this while out of town working!!! LOL I tend to not think things through very well... :)

So my first week of this AMAZING journey was wayyyy quicker than I had expected.  First of all I could not really do any meal prep since I was getting on a plane to go to Salt Lake City so I packed my shakes and then forgot to pack my blender... UGH!  And I packed my videos but forgot to get a DVD plug in from IT for the computer they sent me with.... yea GREAT START!!! But I was able to keep up with my tracking and I was able to get in most of my exercise thanks to YouTube ;)  

Got home on Sunday and my boyfriend had grilled, awesome because grilled food is good for you, so I threw together some quick sides, Kale and Brussels Sprouts salad, roasted veggies, and some potato salad for the guys!  Planned on doing some meal prep on Monday but that went out the door because my kids needed time since they hadn't seen me in 5 days.  So Tuesday was another quick dinnner but again it was grilled meat again with the leftover roasted veggies.  Today is Wednesday and my goal is to at least know what I am going to fix for the next week and maybe actually get some of it done tonight but I'm not holding my breath LOL my real meal prep is starting on Saturday/Sunday but then I am leaving again on Thursday to go out of town again... Whew.  I will not fail this time!
